Each day that the group gathers information and other inputs, a short meeting should be held for updates. Or at least communicate with everyone through telephones or cell phones. The group leader should keep all inputs in one safe place and monitor everyone’s movements and progress.
If you are handling a debate presentation, you and your debaters should find it easy to agree on where to research and how often you should meet. The participants in the dance, song, and poem presentations should have no problems, either. The drama group should be the busiest because of the props and costume preparation.
If you are preparing a short report, research paper or interview, make sure that your work is not only complete and readable but also grammatically correct, correctly formatted and produced on clean sheets of paper. Keep a duplicate in case of damage or loss.
Raw materials for wood handicrafts usually come from regular supplier or suppliers pre-contacted by the school. Discounts are given and delivery is ascertained. The procedure made available to the students in libraries, unless given in their textbook. Meanwhile, designs, patterns and menus are often found in the Home Economics textbooks or manuals, libraries, and commercial sewing or cookbooks.
